Barry Fish is the first restaurant by the award-winning chef Barry Bryson, focusing on direct sourcing of the best fish and shellfish from Scotland as well as optimum seasonal produce from farmers, fishermen, producers and growers across the UK.

Our ethos is simple. The best ingredients we can get, cooked with skill and passion in a welcoming warm environment. There is no formality at Barry Fish other than the respect that we have for what we do.

Barry Fish was shortlisted for the newcomer of the year at the Scotsman Food & Drink awards just 4 months after opening.
